Zoom Consultations — Call the office for an appointment. A typical consultation can run as long as 2 hours, sometimes longer, and is billed at the regular hourly rate. Consultations are appropriate where information is needed, very often as to long term care options, but there is no expectation that the client will need to permanently retain an attorney. Credit card information must be provided in advance.

Phone Consultations — Phone consultations can also be scheduled for persons who cannot come into the office because they live outside the immediate area or have transportation issues that make an appointment in person at the office problematic. Credit card information must be provided in advance.

New & Existing Clients — If you know you need a lawyer and want to retain us, call the office and schedule an appointment. Please remember to bring with you all relevant legal documents. In-person appointments are subject to pandemic restrictions.
